7. App collects location data to track the delivery associates’ location when the order is in transit. Location is tracked when app is in use or in the background. Only delivery associate’s location is collected. We do not collect background location for customers and home-chefs.

We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Website or use our Service which may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, browser version, internet service provider, URLs of referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, the information you search for, local and language preferences, identification numbers associated with your devices, your mobile carrier, and system configuration information, the time spent on those pages usage information, and other statistics.
